Chengelo Educational Trust

Supporting Chengelo School, Zambia

As a witness to the Light

The Chengelo Educational Trust is a UK charity that exists to support the work of Chengelo School in Zambia.

The Trust supports the school in a number of ways, including practical help through prayer, fundraising and raising interest across the UK.

Through this website, you can find out more about the work of the Trust, the story of Chengelo School, as well as Trust news, upcoming events and how you can be involved.

Many of our supporters will know Norman Wyatt, the brother of Russell Wyatt, one of the “founding fathers” of Chengelo.  Norman passed away peacefully on Easter Sunday (his favourite day of the year).  He has been a great supporter of the trust and is a former trustee.  There will be a thanksgiving service on 14th May at 13:30 at St Mary’s Church, Easebourne (near Midhurst).  We have set up a justgiving page for donations to Chengelo in his memory.  If you would like to contribute, please click here.
